Online Registration & Interview
First, register with Pasona. We will conduct an interview based on the information you have registered, then we will introduce you to the job openings and explain how to proceed to the next step.
Shortlisting and Interview Preparation
After screening the documents, Pasona will arrange an interview with the company. Normally, interviews are held face-to-face in Indonesia and are followed by a second interview. *In exceptional cases, face-to-face or telephone interviews may be conducted in Japan.
Start of Work
Upon signing the employment contact and received the job offer, you will start working after your visa is approved, but we will be in touch and provide support until you start working.
