Job Description
1. Researching market trends, business environment, competitors company profile and activity, Indonesian Law and regulation (e.g., market size, major player, consumer trend, license issue, company registration and legal procedure).
2. Investigating client company's strength and weakness.
3. Analyzing above information and consider Business Strategy (including M&A Scheme), HR Strategy and System, Governance System, Risk Management System, Restructuring Strategy, etc.
4. Drafting presentation material or report.
5. Managing schedule for each project (Each consultant handles 2 to 4 projects simultaneously).

Requirements [Needed Requirements]
1. Specific knowledge and skills in any industry or field is highly welcomed: CPA, Accounting, Finance, HR, Strategic Planner, Business Analyst, Legal, Audit, BI, System Engineer, etc.
2. Skilled in using Windows and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) for daily communications, and accomplishing assigned tasks.

8. Fluent in oral and written English.
