1. Handle and administer legal and contract administration.
2. Review, draft, negotiate and revise various agreements with customers.
3. Review and analyze to assist President Director in Legal Issues with legal opinion on subject request.
4. To maintain and obtain all company related to government institution.
5. To act as legal representative to company and BOD in handling litigation matters and to take legal action.
6. Drafting, reviewing, controlling and negotiation contracts and agreements in all departments in head office and branches.
7. Control and monitor administration activities in general for Legal Departments.
